In order to register online, you will need your team's Login ID and Team Pin.
If you are a returning team and you do not have this information, you can either contact the CARD Office at 895-4711, or you can click on the Forgot My Pin after you have added the program to your basket, and the information will automatically be emailed to you.
If you are a new team, you will need to contact the CARD Office prior to registering online to set up an account.

| | Basketball Leagues
CARD offers Basketball for everyone! Men’s, Women’s, and Coed basketball leagues are available in a variety of levels ranging from competitive to recreational, and the choice of 5 on 5 or 3 on 3. Games are played on weeknight evenings. Come out and join us for fun and exercise.

| | OPEN GYM BASKETBALL
Come out and get some time on the courts in our Open Gym Basketball. Times and location differ from month-to-month depending on leagues. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Provide your own ball and pay $2.00 at the door.

| | ROSTERS
League Rosters must be submitted to the CARD Office prior to the team's first game. Any team caught using a player that has not officially signed that team's Roster or an Add/Drop form will be fined $50.00, and the team will be suspended until the fine is paid. | |
