Level 4/Swordfish

Children will increase their stamina by swimming 3-4 laps as they continue to develop and refine the front crawl, back crawl, elementary backstroke, and practice breath control. They will be introduced to the breaststroke, sidestroke, treading water and diving. Class size is limited to 6 participants.

Skills Taught in Swordfish- Mastery Required for Advancement

Front and Back crawl 50 yards
Elementary backstroke 25 yards
Breaststroke 10 yards
Sidestroke 10 yards
