Dolphin/Level 5 (7-14 years old) SHAPIRO POOL
Participants continue to coordinate and refine their skills concentrating on form and efficiency. The butterfly kick is introduced. Class size is limited to 6 participants.

- Front and Back crawl 100 yards
- Elementary backstroke 50 yards
- Breaststroke 25 yards
- Butterfly kick 10 yards
- Sidestroke 25 yards

Shark/Level 6 (7-14 years old) SHAPIRO POOL
Participants will continue to refine the front crawl, back crawl, sidestroke and breaststroke. Instructor will emphasize butterfly, introduce turns and basic rescue skills, and work on increasing participant's stamina. Class size is limited to 6 participants.
Skills Taught in Shark
- Front and back crawl 150 yards
- Breaststroke and sidestroke 50 yards
- Butterfly 10 yards
- Flip turns
- Treading water for 3 minutes
