Fencing

Fencing
Fencing can be described as “the sport of the sword.” It is the modern take on the art of knightly combat, mixed with swashbuckling musketeers and Victorian duel. The modern Olympic fencer trains to develop agility, quickness and subtlety of movement. Please wear a t-shirt, sweats and tennis shoes. Equipment will be provided for the first month only. Instructor: Robert Bird. Location: Studio One, 707 Wall St, Chico.

All students must purchase a non-competitive USFA membership for $10.00 which is good for the fencing year (8/1/16-7/31/17). This will be handled on the first day of class.
