Yoga has been known to reduce stress and increase energy, as well as improve muscle tone and flexibility. This yoga class is suitable for the beginner as well as those who have taken yoga classes before. You will learn basic yoga postures, breathing practices, meditation, and relaxation. Wear loose clothing, bring a towel or mat and refrain from eating for 2 hours prior to class. Instructor: Tulya. CARD Community Center, Multi-Purpose Room. No class 4/24, 4/26.

Gentle Integral Yoga  
 Do you want all the health benefits of yoga at a slower and gentler pace? This class is suitable for beginners, seniors, or anyone who is interested in a slower-paced class. You will receive in-depth instruction on yoga postures, breathing practices, meditation, and deep-relaxation.
