Aqua Intervals

This class is designed to give both a cardiovascular and strength workout using aqua dumbbells, pool noodles, music, and other aqua tools. Relax in the warm water of CSC's Therapy pool while experiencing new ways to add spice to your exercising routine. This class is open to adults at all levels of mobility. Location: Chico Sports Club (260 Cohasset Rd).

FUNctional Fitness!

An engaging low-impact, chair based exercise program designed to provide a full body workout. Exercises will be done standing and/or seated based on individual ability levels. Participants will engage in aerobic movement choreographed to music, focusing on balance and coordination challenges; strength/endurance training utilizing stretch bands, light weights and body weight resistance, flexibility and relaxation. AFAA Certified Instructor: Annette Mathews. Lakeside Pavilion. No class 3/21 & 3/23.

Gentle Integral Yoga  

Do you want all the health benefits of yoga at a slower and gentler pace? This class is suitable for beginners, seniors, or anyone who is interested in a slower-paced class. You will receive in depth instruction on yoga postures, breathing practices, meditation, and deep-relaxation. Integral Yoga

Feeling stressed? Low on energy? We have just the class for you! For centuries, people have been using yoga to enhance the body and mind. Yoga has been known to reduce stress and increase energy, as well as improve muscle tone and flexibility. This yoga class is suitable for the beginner as well as those who have taken yoga classes before. You will learn basic yoga postures, breathing practices, meditation, and relaxation. Senior Wellness Program

The Senior Wellness Program is designed for adults 55 or older who have a variety of medical issues that include, but are not limited to: high blood pressure, cancer, diabetes, joint replacements, cardiac, and/or pulmonary issues. As a member of the Senior Wellness Program, you will receive an individualized program for the Water Wellness and/or the Fitness Floor Class. You will be continually monitored and will progress as you gain stamina, strength, and better range of motion. Please allow time after you register for scheduling your initial consultation and program design.  Water wellness class is only offered 10-10:45 MWF. In Motion Fitness.

 Simple Self Defense 

Have you ever wondered what you would do if you were threatened or attacked?  What if the attacker was bigger than you or there was more than one attacker?  This class will answer those questions and teach the skills you can use to protect you and your family.   Instructor: Vince Scocozza, a Master in the art of Kung-Fu San Soo.  CARD Community Center, Room 1&2.

Stretch and Tone
