Fun with Drawing and Painting Camp
Whether just beginning or wanting to improve your art talents, this camp will cover the fundamentals with an emphasis on FUN! Instruction includes painting and drawing in many mediums such as charcoal, watercolor pencils, tempera paints, and collage. You will learn about perspective, mixing your own colors, contour drawing, shading, texture and composition. Develop your own creative style of art in a small and supportive atmosphere. There is a $40 supply fee payable to the instructor at the first class meeting. Small class sizes. Please print the Program Information Sheet and fill out the Emergency Contact Form. Pottery Camp with Glazed Creations
Each day you will learn new painting techniques, create new masterpieces, and make your own creations with clay. We even explore other art activities to keep the class fun and exciting. Roll up your sleeves, be creative, and have fun! There is a $50 supply fee payable to the instructor on the first day of camp. Each camper should also bring a snack and water each day. Summer Sewing Camp
Spend time this summer learning what you miss in school: Sewing! Sewing is a fun and dynamic lifelong skill. In June, campers will make a personal wrist pin cushion, a water bottle carrier and a snappy bag. In August, campers will make a drawstring backpack, a lunch bag and a stuffed owl. Bring your own machine in good working order (please, no miniature, toy-like machines). Some machines available for rent, reserve at registration. All other materials will be provided with a $20 material fee payable to the instructor on the first day.
