Basic Cheese Making
Have you always wanted to know how to make your own cheese, but just don't know where to get started? Instructor Valerie Sutton will guide you through the cheese making process so you too can make your own cheese at home. You will learn how to make 4 soft cheeses and learn about the process used to make more advanced cheeses. There is a $10 supply fee payable to the instructor at the first class meeting. If you have taken the first cheese making class and crave more, this is the class for you. Learn how to make more advanced cheeses like Cheddar, Blue Cheese and Brie.
