If  you've made bread, beer or wine, or other fermented foods, cheese making is another step along the continuum. Cheese making is created through a very simple process anyone can follow. It's amazing that just one simple ingredient, milk, can turn into so many other wonderful delicacies. This hands on class will teach you every step to making Feta, Ricotta, Mozzarella and Cottage Cheese.  You will compare the methods that turn milk into each separate type of cheese.  By the end of the class, you will have felt, tasted, and smelled cheeses at all crucial steps, and you will know what to do when you get home.  You may sample each type while you are there, or take a sample home to share with your friends or family.
