Cheerleading

No doubt about it...With many of the same great benefits of gymnastics and dance, plus a unique team element, cheerleading has developed into a challenging and exciting sport all around the world! Your child will be cheering for more after a fun filled four weeks of class where we will explore basic cheer technique, stunting, and tumbling! Come ready with a smile and water bottle! Parents are treated to a performance during the last class where cheerleaders will get to take home their very own set of pom poms to keep! Beginning Ballet

Calling all Princesses! Experience the joy of dance in this beginning ballet class. Skip like a princess, walk like a queen, and leap like a unicorn! Bring your imagination to this fun ballet class. Beginning Breakdancing

Learn the four primary elements of breakdancing: Toprock, downrock, power moves, and freezes. You will learn the basics of holding your own body weight, balance, and the art of freestyling which is an expression of who you are and how you choose to express yourself in dance. Hip Hop

Contemporary Dance For Kids

 Just like the stars on "So You Think You Can Dance?" , you will learn contemporary dance which is a hybrid of many dance styles. Jazz, ballet and modern dance are fused into one beautiful, unlimited style including floorwork, leaps, turns, and more. This style is more fluid than ballet and is done to modern music. Tap n Tumble

Learn the basics of tap with a dose of tumbling for good measure! This class covers the fundamentals of tap, along with musicality, rhythm games, tumbling, and an obstacle course. Jazzy Tap

Ballet Fitness

Ballet with a twist! This class includes a traditional ballet barre, and some center work, but adds the extra fitness component of a "floor barre", or ballet specific core toning exercises. Irish Social Dancing- NEW

No matter if you are 18 or 80, you can learn to do Irish social dance!  Irish ceili and set dancing is fun, social, and much less virtuosic and athletic than solo (step) dancing. Participants will learn basic steps and figures for social enjoyment of Irish ceili dances,  such as Walls of Limerick, Siege of Ennis, and others as well as selected dances from the canons of set dancing and Donegal Two-Hands. Wholistic Belly Dance

Shake away the winter blues with belly dancing!  This introductory level class incorporates chakra awareness, movement meditation, and visualization exercises to encourage dancers to shift focus to the center of the body and to the experience of the dance.  This supports dancers in trusting the wisdom of their bodies and encourages a positive body image while learning how to belly dance.  Each class meeting will consist of a gentle, full-body 'tune-up' in a belly dance class format. Dance to the rhythm of the Islands! We will take you on an exciting journey as you learn basic footwork, hip movements,  and hand gestures of the graceful art of Hawaiian Hula and Tahitian Dance. Ballroom Dance

Have you always dreamed of being light on your feet? Learn to dance like Fred Astaire and Ginger Rodgers. Together with your partner, you will learn basic steps of ballroom dance. Dances taught will include the Fox Trot, Waltz, Tango and Salsa. There will be an emphasis on timing, footwork, leading and following. Comfortable shoes that will stay on your feet must be worn. West Coast Swing

The West Coast Swing Dance is the most versatile style of swing dance and can be danced to various styles of music. Together with your partner, you will learn the basic steps to the West Coast Swing Dance. By the end of the class, you will be ready to take the dance floor by storm. Clogging
