Yoga
This
Integral Yoga class is suitable for beginning and returning students. You will
receive in depth instruction on basic Yoga postures, breathing practices,
meditation and deep-relaxation. These ancient Yogic practices will increase
your flexibility, strengthen and tone your muscles, and relieve stress. Wear
loose clothing, bring a towel or mat and refrain from eating for 2 hours prior

depth instruction on basic Yoga postures, breathing practices, meditation and
deep-relaxation. These ancient Yogic
practices will increase your flexibility, strengthen and tone your muscles and

Qi Gong(Chi Kung)
Qi Gong, "Air Exercise" or "Breath Work" is the practice and process of cultivating Qi(Chi), or internal energy and awareness. This experiential class will focus on breathing and relaxation in various postures in order to cultivate Qi. Through mindfulness, stretching and movement the practice of Qi Gong fosters increased body awareness, improves flexibility and balance, and enhances health. CARD Community Center, Room 3. Tai Chi - Serenity Through Movement
Tai Chi movement is the movement of the human
body, mind, and spirit in harmony with the rhythm of Nature. Tai Chi slows down the "too speedy" and
energizes the "too slow". Students report
calmer mind, happier mood, decreased tension, increased power, and improved
