| Young Writers Summer Program-New
The Writing Loft Youth Summer Program is designed to inspire creativity by channeling student strengths and interests into professional pieces ready for publication. We offer kids additional opportunities they often cannot find at school or in other summer programs. Students will become staff members on our youth newspaper, run by kids written for kids. Not only will they have plenty of time to write and create, they will learn how a newspaper staff works, the elements of desktop publishing, page layout and how to write for a real audience.
