Dog Obedience - Puppy Toddler
Puppy Toddler is for puppies ages 4-6 months as of the first night of class. Your puppy must have had two (2) vaccines before coming to class and preferably not vaccinated within three (3) days before class. This is a jump-start class to Basic Obedience. In this class, your puppy will learn to sit, lie down, come and walk in heel position. They will learn proper social skills with other dogs and humans alike. Your puppy will also be building confidence in the class by learning to walk on strange surfaces and going through tunnels. This is a wonderful opportunity for you and your puppy to begin your puppy's obedience. This class will also assist you with behavior problems. You will need a training collar on your puppy, a leash, dog treats and comfortable shoes for walking. Any student under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Instructor: Lynda Piercy. Community Park near the south side grass area of the tennis courts and concessions.
