Come and "Chalk it up" in downtown Chico. This great family event gives both the novice and professional artist an opportunity to express themselves. Novice squares can be purchased by anyone that wants to participate. These 4' x 4' squares are perfect for a family, group or individual.  Professional artists are encouraged to apply for a sponsored square on "Fine Art Alley". These 8' x 8' squares are sponsored by local businesses. Applications for "Fine Art Alley" are available online at www.chicorec.com or at the CARD Office. All chalk is provided.  Any outside chalk must state it is "Lead Free" if it is to be used in artwork.
