| | Beginning Cartooning
Learn to draw and color cartoon animals and people. Lessons progress from expressions through head and body shapes. We will also work with modern cartoon characters and other forms of cartooning. Parents are encouraged to enroll in the class with their children. There is a $5 supply fee payable to the instructor at the class.

Intermediate Cartooning
Expand on the basic foundation of cartooning. You will begin creating your own characters and one scene story lines. Among the skills introduced in this class, you will learn to use lettering, the concept of focus; identifying foreground, midground, and background; and the basics of generating ideas and identifying your own style of cartooning. There is a $10 supply fee payable to the instructor at the first meeting.

Basic Drawing Techniques
This class will cover basic drawing techniques including shading, contour/continuous line drawing and depth perception. Students will have the chance to work with a variety of mediums and have an introduction to color theory. Parents are encouraged to enroll in the class with their children.
