| | Recording Star Tomorrow - NEW
Students will learn how to write complete songs with or without their vocals on electric/acoustic guitars, as well as the methods to add other instruments to their recordings. The students will learn song structure, theory, timing, key signature, rhythm and lead. Class focuses on the fundamentals of songwriting for guitar, and its relationship to other instruments. Students will participate in the recording process to complete their own Demo CD, with live or studio added instruments. Learn how you can add synthesized or live drums, bass, guitar, piano or vocals sung by you on your recordings.

This class includes basic chords and fingering techniques, how to read music, chords and strumming along with accompaniment for group singing. Must provide your own guitar.

Perfect for the student that has completed the Beginning class. This class continues with chords and fingering techniques, how to read music and strumming along with accompaniment for group singing. Must provide your own guitar.

| | North Valley Youth Orchestra NEW
Has your child wanted to be part of an orchestra and didn’t know where to start? This class offers students ages 10 – 21 a beginning orchestra experience. Students must have their own instrument and a minimum of 1 year of instruction on that instrument. Auditions are required prior to the first class to be sure the student is able to play at an appropriate level. The orchestra is open to all strings, woodwinds, brass and percussion students. There is a $20 supply fee payable to the instructor at the first class meeting.
