This class will introduce you to the dynamic music and dance form of Flamenco. Basic elements will be taught including posture, hand, and arm movements, and sounds of the feet. Flamenco classes help you connect with your mind and body while developing confidence, coordination, and focus.

Come get those toes tapping in this fun tap dance class that is great for those at beginner and intermediate fitness and dance levels. The basics of tap dance will be taught with variations offered for those with more experience. Tap is great for both your body and mind.

Get ready for some circus fun! Our certified instructor will have students flying high with Lyra (Aerial Hoops), Aerial Hammock and Trapeze dance. This class may also include acrobatics, poi, hula hooping and other circus related activities

Adult Ballet is suitable for the male or female dancer (age 16 and up) with either experience or is a quick learner. Continue your training with a seasoned professional who connects well with adults. Attention is paid to proper body alignments, use of legs and feet, and developing movement sequences through coordination of the arms and head.
