If you have any questions about Medicare, you don't want to miss this meeting. The Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) at Passages will present an informational forum for those who are new to Medicare or want to learn more about it. What's New to Medicare 2020?

The 2019 Annual Election Period to select your Medicare plans (Part D drug plans and Part C Medicare Advantage plans) for 2020 begins on Oct. 15 and ends Dec. 7, 2019. Passages Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) is providing helpful free Medicare workshops. Registration is required by calling 898-6716. Family members or caregivers are welcome to attend. Medicare's annual enrollment period is only for a short time. Seating is limited. Lakeside Pavilion.

Taming Your Dragons: Stress Reduction Strategies That Work

Stress is rising at alarming rates, up to 20% in the last 30 years, effecting health and happiness. This class gives an overdose of stress, worry and fear. We will explore the latest research and proven techniques to deal with these conditions. Topics include: Binaural and isochronic sounds, PMR (Progressive Muscle Relaxation), HRV (Heart Rate Variability), Autogenic Training, Subliminal Training, Hypnosis, mindfulness and gratitude your superpower. Grief Workshop
