Taming Your Dragons: Stress Reduction Strategies That Work

Stress is rising at alarming rates, up to 20% in the last 30 years, effecting health and happiness. This class gives an overdose of stress, worry and fear. We will explore the latest research and proven techniques to deal with these conditions. Topics include: Binaural and isochronic sounds, PMR (Progressive Muscle Relaxation), HRV (Heart Rate Variability), Autogenic Training, Sbliminal Training, Hypnosis, mindfulness and gratitude your superpower.
