What do a savory brunch tart, a sumptuous baked brie en croute, and a crisp cherry almond pastry have in common?  Decadent and delectable buttery puff pastry, the secret weapon and go-to favorite of bakers worldwide.  This technique creates a homemade shortcut puff pastry in a hurry, with all the flavor and tenderness of a traditional puff pastry but made in a quarter of the time.  Use this quick pastry dough for amazing hors d’oeuvres, main dishes, and desserts.  It can be baked immediately or frozen and then baked fast for a party showstopper without the last-minute fuss.  Best of all, it’s made with real butter, no shortening or added preservatives (like it’s store-bought cousin) for the best taste hands down.  This is a hands-on class, you will be baking and taking home your delicious creations. There is a $30 grocery and supply fee, payable to instructor at class.
