This program is intended to develop basic level skills in Freestyle and Greco Roman wrestling, the styles of wrestling contested in the Olympic games. Our program focus is on beginning to intermediate wrestling techniques and live wrestling scenarios. Practice sessions are designed to be fun with a focus on improving overall body strength and mastering basic wrestling skills. All participants who will compete in USA Wrestling events must also purchase a membership from USA Wrestling.
