Culinary Cook-Off: Delicius Dinners

In this culinary camp, students will learn the basics of creating such comfort dinner foods as lasagna, spaghetti, enchiladas and chili, guided by two local professional caterers. From there, students will build on these basics to create new variations that fit their personal tastes. On the final day, these budding chefs will prepare a complete dinner. No prior cooking knowledge required. Students will gain experience in a kitchen and using the oven and stove-top. Scholarships available.
