Eclairs, a fresh buttery pastry filled with all manner of decadent fillings, from luscious pastry cream to rich gelato, then topped with chocolate ganache, or maple cream and bacon, or whatever you can dream up. And gougerès, the perfect party appetizer- pastry dough baked into savory rounds filled with cheeses and herbs and topped with a crunchy finishing salt- and they taste like you slaved in the kitchen for hours, but they’re really quite quick to whip up. Come enjoy a hands-on evening learning to prepare both, and take home your own creations. There is a $25 grocery and supply fee, payable to instructor at class.
