This class is a personalized exercise class, specifically geared towards those with disabilities or mobility issues in general. Each student will receive an individualized workout plan developed to accommodate each student’s movement patterns while providing a well-rounded strength, endurance, or metabolic circuit. We use resistance bands and ropes to eliminate the danger of joint damage and provide and easy-going, fun way for people to get out and exercise regardless of limitations. No class 5/25.
