This class is for those in a wheelchair or with other limited mobility who would like a well-rounded workout including aerobic conditioning, strength and endurance. Exercises will be selected based on each student’s movement patterns and capabilities, and each student will receive an individualized workout plan. The class will consist of circuits and intervals, and all exercises will be done with bands to decrease risk of joint pain. No class 5/27.
