An engaging and energetic low-impact exercise program designed to provide a full body workout. Class focuses on basic aerobic movement choreographed to music; balance and coordination challenges; strength training utilizing stretch bands and light weights; and flexibility training. Great for most fitness levels. Fun, safe and doable!
