Gentle INTEGRAL YOGA-Traditional Indian Yoga 

This yoga class is the perfect way to unwind and reconnect with yourself. The class is suitable for beginners to advanced students. We begin with a warm-up, offered with variations that meet your needs, to prepare your body and mind for the practice. Throughout the class, you flow through poses designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance, while connecting with your breath and body's sensations. The class ends with Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), Pranayama (breathing practices) and Meditation; allowing you to fully relax and let go of any remaining tension, in a serene, safe & beautiful space. Students need to be able to get up and down off the floor. Please bring a towel or mat and refrain from eating for 1.5-2 hours before class.
