Feeling stressed? Low on energy? We have just the class for you! For centuries, people have been using yoga to enhance the body and mind. Yoga has been known to reduce stress and increase energy, as well as improve muscle tone and flexibility. This yoga class is suitable for the beginner as well as those who have taken yoga classes before. You will learn basic yoga postures, breathing practices, meditation, and relaxation. Wear loose clothing, bring a towel or mat and refrain from eating for 2 hours prior to class.
