Intro to Veterinary Science

Do you love taking care of animals? Would you like to learn some skills related to being a veterinarian? In this four-day camp, students will explore the basics of veterinary animal care, including grooming and handling, animal and breed identification, and practicing the proper techniques of suturing and injecting medicine. Students will also have the opportunity to visit a small animal farm.

●        Students will be in contact with small animals in this camp, including goats and rabbits.

●        On field trip day during the camp week, parents/guardians will drop off and pick up students at Two-by-Two Petting Zoo, located at 13080 Hosler Ave, Chico, CA.

Long pants and close-toed shoes are required. Material fee of $20 payable on the first day-CASH ONLY PLEASE.
