Intro to Veterinary Science Camp

Do you love taking care of animals? Would you like to learn skills related to being a veterinarian? In this four-day camp, students will explore the basics of veterinary animal care, including grooming and handling, animal and breed identification and practicing the proper techniques of suturing and injecting medicine. Students will also safely interact with live animals such as goats and rabbits. On Wednesday during the camp week, parents/guardians will drop off and pick up students at Two-by-Two Petting Zoo, located at 13080 Hosler Ave, Chico. Long pants and close-toed shoes are required. Material fee of $20 payable on the first day.
