This class gives an overview of anxiety, stress and fear. We will explore how to use systems in the brain and heart to control and transform panic into peace. Topics include; your 3 brains, the neurochemistry of anxiety, rewiring the brain, making peace with the past, mindfulness, HRV (Heart Rate Variability) and its role in emotional management, facing fear and instituting lifelong change. You will also learn about gratitude, your superpower. This class provides practical tools and techniques you can use to improve your life.
