Living with your Dragon

This class is the compliment to “Understanding Your Dragon.” We will explore how to use systems in the brain and heart to control and transform panic into peace. Topics include; your 3 brains, the neurochemistry of anxiety, rewiring the brain, making peace with the past, mindfulness, HRV (Heart Rate Variability) and its role in emotional management, facing fear and instituting lifelong change. We will concentrate of things you can do to reduce stress, improve your brain and replace habits that no longer serve you. You will also learn about gratitude, your superpower. This class provides practical tools and techniques you can use to improve your life. We will have numerous exercises and techniques you can incorporate into your life. For further information:
