Meditation and Journaling for Mindfulness
Have you always wanted to journal and meditate or clear your thoughts, but you are not sure where to begin? Or do you practice these techniques and would like to widen your knowledge and approach? Whether you have an advanced meditation/journal practice or are brand new to the idea, this class is for you! We will explore the practice of meditation, journaling and a touch on nutrition. We will talk about the enormous benefits they can have on your life and learn valuable techniques you can practice in class and then take with you into your everyday life. Suitable for all levels.
