This series explores how we can use mindfulness and the science of connection to strengthen our relationships with others, and ourselves. You will learn practical insights from the science of quality relationships and how we can use this knowledge to grow positive connections. Each session includes a dynamic slide show lecture, Q&A time and a mindfulness exercise to practice each week.
