Move and Feel Better: Gentle Fitness

Whether you are getting back into shape or just wanting a gentle exercise program, "Move and Feel Better" is a safe and accessible way to reach your goals.  The class starts out with a gentle warm-up, followed by a mix of strength, balance, and cardio exercises, ending with a restorative cool-down. This well-researched program emphasizes the importance of balance, mobility, flexibility, and range of motion with gentle and therapeutic exercises.  Adaptable for all levels of fitness and can be done seated or standing.   Move and feel better and live fully!
