This Tai Chi class is appropriate for those with limited mobility and for those who prefer simplified movement. The class begins with easy warm-up exercises followed by an 8-movement Tai Chi sequence. Focus for the class is on increasing strength, balance, and flexibility. The class may be done seated or standing.
