Stretch and Tone

The most rewarding part of getting more fit is noticing the difference it makes in the rest of our lives! Whether you choose to use the mats or remain seated in a chair, this low-impact workout will strengthen your core, while emphasizing the importance of balance, mobility, flexibility and range of motion. Socks will be required on the matsNo class 3/21.
