Table Mountain Wildflower Hike

Join us as we take a moderate hike across North Table Mountain Ecological Reserve identifying the many wildflowers found there. Table Mountain, located outside Oroville, is well renowned for its wildflower display. It is a confluence of three distinct botanical regions: the Central Valley, the Cascade Mountains, and the Sierra Nevada. Participants should wear sturdy shoes and plan on walking 2 to 3 miles on uneven terrain with mild elevation gain. Please bring your own sack lunch and plenty of water. Open for ages 10 and older (minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult). Bring binoculars if you have them!

**CDFW Lands Pass required- visit https://wildlife.ca.gov/Licensing/Lands-Pass to purchase your $5 permit ahead of time. Age and specific exemptions listed on website.

Location: We will meet at the big oak tree located just inside the fence at the Table Mountain parking lot off Cherokee Road.
