Tai Chi Chuan is a perfect way to improve your balance, enhance body alignment, improve circulation, and achieve greater relaxation.  In-person and zoom options available.  Masks are required for in-person classes.  CARD Community Center and Lakeside Pavilion.  Zoom option available.  No class 7/5.
