Zoom class- Registration will close 2 days before the class starts and a link will be emailed to you 1 day before the class begins.  No drop-ins. Once your registration for the month has been confirmed, an email will be sent when the recording becomes available. 

 

Tai Chi Chuan is a perfect way to improve your balance, enhance body alignment, improve circulation, and achieve greater relaxation.
