Taming Your Dragon: Stress Reduction Strategies that Work

Stress is rising at alarming rates, up 20% in the last 30 years, effecting health and happiness. This class gives an overview of stress, worry and fear. We will explore the latest research and proven techniques to deal with these conditions. Topics include; Binaural and isochronic sounds, PMR (Progressive Muscle Relaxation,) HRV (Heart Rate Variability,) Autogenic Training, Subliminal training, Hypnosis, mindfulness and gratitude your superpower. Students will receive copies of all the tools and techniques presented in class.
