You are just a hop, skip and a “triple” jump away from introducing your child to the wonderful sport of Track and Field. Practices will be once per week on Sunday afternoons. Your child will be introduced to both short distance and long distance running events, plus a few basic field events such as discus, shot-put and long jump. With their coach’s help, participants will be prepared to succeed in a fun track meet held at the end of the program. A mini track meet will happen the last day of the program to give all the participants a perfect opportunity to show you what they have learned.
