Understanding your Dragon

We are going through the most difficult time in modern history. Even before the appearance of COVID-19, stress was rising at alarming rates, up 20% in the last 30 years, effecting health and happiness. During the past two years we are living with uncertainty, loss and fear. This has increased the stress we experience.

This class gives an overview of stress, worry and fear. We will look at new research and studies for 2022. Understanding the mechanisms of stress are foundational to changing our response to the conditions we are living in. We will explore the latest research and proven techniques to deal with these conditions. This class will provide things you can do right now to help you cope. We will work with brain exercises designed to approve cognitive function, memory and learning for people of any age.

Topics include; 13 Dragons of stress, exercise and the brain, rewiring the brain, making peace with the past, mindfulness, HRV (Heart Rate Variability) and its role in emotional management, facing fear and instituting lifelong change. You will also learn about gratitude, your superpower. There will be free material, techniques and strategies that can be downloaded.  For further information:
