Electricity is only available at the DeGarmo Pavilion and Wildwood Park picnic sites. The fee for electricity is an additional $40 for 4 hour rentals or $80 for 8 hour rentals.
- High voltage equipment, such as bounce houses, will require a generator to power them. The power provided at these sites is not sufficient and will trip the breaker.
Alcohol is not permitted at picnic sites.

Cancellation Policy

If the reservation is cancelled by Renter fourteen (14) days or more before the event, CARD will issue a full refund. If the reservation is cancelled by Renter thirteen (13) days or less before the event, all rental fees will be forfeited.
Refunds will not be issued in case of rain: however, reservations may be moved one time with a minimum of a 7-day notice.
Full refunds will be issued for AQI that is 151 or higher or in the event of severe heat conditions, 100+ degrees. https://www.airnow.gov

Please Note: Bidwell Park (One-Mile, Five-Mile, Caper Acres, etc.) is reserved through the City of Chico
