Celebrate CARD's Remarkable 75-Year Journey at Movies in the Park, Sept 30th

Join the Chico Area Recreation & Park District (CARD) in commemorating 75 years of community excellence with an exciting evening at Movies in the Park on Saturday, September 30th. This momentous celebration will take place at Sycamore Field, next to Caper Acres. We invite you to celebrate with a special screening of the blockbuster Super Mario Bros movie along with free birthday cake pops, free popcorn, fun games, and more.

Prior to the movie screening at 6:00 P.M., CARD, in partnership with event sponsors, Members 1st Credit Union and Culligan Water, will host a variety of fun activities for all ages. Families can revel in the excitement of bounce houses, face painting, and games like the Wiffle Ball Homerun Derby. Ride your bike and let Chico Velo take care of your bikes with their free bike valet service.

Woodstock's Pizza will be on hand, offering delectable slices and refreshing soda for sale, while Corning Sweets tempts your taste buds with their shaved ice creations for sale. Culligan of Chico will ensure everyone stays hydrated with their convenient water station.

The movie will commence at approximately 7:30 P.M., and admission is entirely free. Be sure to secure your spot early to relax and relish the cinematic experience beneath the stars. Don't forget to bring along a cozy blanket, bug spray, and a trusty flashlight.
