Swimming Across the Spectrum: Lessons for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (Goldfish)

Looking to for a unique opportunity for your child with ASD? This class allows children to explore and adjust to the water through instructional song and play. Our compassionate instructors will work one on one with your child on basic water skills, which are the stepping stones to becoming a more confident swimmer. Recreation Swim Team: Level 5 (CARD Sharks)

The CARD Summer Recreational Swim Team has grown in popularity in each of its last five years. The goal of this program is to create a fun and healthy atmosphere, where participants experience what it’s like to be part of a swim team, while being introduced to competitive swimming. Swimmers will work on stroke technique, drills, starts, turns, conditioning and team ethics. Prerequisite: Participants must be able to swim 25-50 yards unassisted. (Suggested ages: 9-17 years)
