The Pleasant Valley Recreation Center is located in northeast Chico on North Avenue, just south of East Avenue adjacent to Bidwell Junior High School.  This 5,970 square foot facility is used for a wide variety of CARD’s recreational programming and facility rentals.  The building offers 3 classrooms, a multi-purpose room, and kitchen.
