In this four-day camp, campers will learn how to create amazing digital photography and enhance their photos in Adobe Photoshop. Students will build up their digital photography techniques first, then transition to developing their software and editing skills. By the end of the camp, students will have a portfolio of professionally shot and edited photographs to take home, and an understanding of how the photography industry works.

Throughout the week, campers will enjoy thematic literature, art projects, and create a living fairy garden-scape to take home with handmade figurines, live plants, moss, rocks, and fairy houses.

Spend a week embracing magic! Campers will make whimsical fantasy creations like magic wands, potions, and fairy houses. In addition, they will learn about cartooning and character design techniques in order to create their own unique fantasy character.

Ever wanted to create your own wild and wonderful fantasy world? Campers will develop their own immersive and detailed setting to use for writing or art projects, role playing games, or just for fun. Through art and writing activities, analyzing examples of memorable worlds from media, and creative activities like designing maps and travel brochures, each camper will come away with a thoroughly developed world that is all their own.

Do you love fashion? Do you enjoy creating things out of fabric? “Upcycling” is the next big thing in Sustainable Fashion! In this camp, we explore the benefits of upcycling in regards to the environment, the pros and cons of “fast fashion,” and gain the knowledge and skills to create one-of-a-kind clothing.

Whether just beginning or wanting to improve your art talents, this camp will cover the fundamentals with an emphasis on FUN and encouragement of creativity of all ages! Basic principles of design and drawing, color mixing and composition will be covered. Activities include charcoal drawing, cartooning, painting with watercolor and tempera, dot art with acrylics and scratch art.

Join us for Art Lab Camp where we take an experimental approach to making art and exploring art mediums. In this rich immersive experience, camper creativity will be challenged to create art with unconventional materials and found objects. Campers will make predictions, test out new techniques, and dialogue about their discoveries. Each camper will take home a bound art book full of their work at the end of camp.

Design, print and sell your own t-shirts with Pedal Press! Workshop participants will learn in our studio how to turn their own designs into a print, how to prepare screens and print their own t’s. Each participant will print a small run of t-shirts to be able to sell at a pop up at our studio.

Join us as we explore the art medium of polymer clay and create adorable miniatures of food, animals, and more. Campers will learn how to translate their sketches into 3D polymer minis and adapt their creations into magnets, key chains, and pendants.

Join us for this engaging art cam, full of fun rainbow-themed mixed-media craft projects, hands-on sensory stations, dance breaks, story times, and imaginative play.
