OUTDOOR BASKETBALL 4v4 PROGRAM: 6th-8th Grade

Keep your Tuesdays and Thursdays open this spring for our NEW 4v4 Outdoor Basketball program on our freshly resurfaced basketball courts! Tuesdays will focus on skills breakdown, fundamentals, offensive, defensive, spacial awareness and more. Thursdays will be "scrimmages" and allow everything learned on Tuesday to be utilized on the court! 

Registration is first come, first serve and will close once the division is full or the deadline passes- whichever happens first. 

Open until filled, or the program starts- whichever comes first.

• TUESDAYS from 4/9-5/21 (extended on week due to rainout on 4/25): All players would “practice” on Tuesdays from 5:15-6:45p and focus on fundamentals of the game, including offensive and defensive breakdowns.

• THURSDAYS from 4/18-5/16: All players would “scrimmage” on Thursdays from 5:15-6:45p, starting 4/18. We would form different teams each day, and rotate them throughout the program to allow for a variety of opportunities to learn and grow with the different participants.

• WEATHER: Programs canceled due to rain or air quality will be rescheduled for up to one week at the end of the season. All other program cancellations will be refunded. All changes to field conditions, and weather updates (rain, air quality, etc.) will be made one hour before your scheduled practice or game at www.ChicoRec.com/fields. If necessary, games will be rescheduled for up to one additional week. All other game cancellations will be refunded.
